I got some really good advice yesterday.
She said:
"Don't borrow trouble. Don't worry about tomorrow, because it isn't here yet"
It was exactly what I needed to hear, even if its something that I've heard, read, or been told several times already. Sometimes just saying something in a different order of words makes it click and then you really understand.
I always think that if the present-me could talk to the past-me, I would tell myself not to worry about everything that I worried about, because it all sorts itself out and turns out to be better than I could have imagined. I can predict the future-me telling the present-me the exact same thing. But its always easier said than done.
