You'z a 10.

"If you wait until you're ready, you'll never have babies"-my dad.

I'm happy with how this blogging thing is going so far. Thanks for the hits and the followers. Special shout out to Matt Zhou for being my first! He has a pretty cool blog himself and has without a doubt, the best music knowledge and taste. He also makes a mean breakfast after a night of partying and helps to clean up after your stove was accidentally turned on and burned your mixing bowls and tupperware on top of it and almost burned your 25th floor condo down... but that's another story. Check out his site: LES RUES

I have a few days left in Edmonton before I go back to my other home, Toronto. This morning I met with a friend and future business partner and we discussed a music video that we may be shooting in the next few months. I haven't written this in the blog yet, but I've been doing a few auditions when I'm not busy with school and life and such... I will be appearing in a music video for the Latency, shooting next month.
I'm currently sitting in a starbucks on Jasper Ave, blogging, feeling sophisticated and... cold because I'm sitting next to the window.

I went to a bar with my best friends last night and we were talking about our "10's"- who we consider a 10 on a scale of attractiveness. Let me first say that my best friends are boys, so the responses I got were: Jennifer Aniston, Megan Fox, and Lights.
I'd have to say that my 10 would be Jared Followill from Kings of Leon. I met him once in a London Drugs in Vancouver in '05. Unfortunately I was too young to make him fall in love with me.
Who's a 10 for you?

What are your plans for New Years? And what are your resolutions?
The problem with resolutions is that I tend to make them new year's eve. So a lot of my resolutions aren't really that well thought out. I resolve to get that boy's email address. I resolve to throw a snowball at that cop car. I resolve to swim to Europe. I resolve to climb out of this ditch. I resolve to live through the night.

If you're not going out with your friends and getting beligerantly drunk on New Years, here's a few suggestions for who on TV you can spend your night with:

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2010 (ABC)
Dick Clark, Ryan Seacrest and Melissa Rycroft will host the special from New York’s Times Square featuring Fergie from Las Vegas. Jennifer Lopez and Daughtry will perform live as The Black Eyed Peas, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Keri Hilson, Colbie Caillat, Orianthi and Robin Thicke also take the stage.
(Wow Melissa Rycroft... Jason dumping you on the bachelor may have been the best thing to happen to you!)

Billboard’s New Year’s Eve Live (FOX)
Carmen Electra hosting this special featuring performances by American Idol’s Kris Allen and Allison Iraheta and Sean Kingston, from Times Square and Las Vegas. Relive the best moments of the Billboard Music Awards and count down 2009’s top 5 in music, movies and television.

New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly (NBC)
Musical lineup of Jay-Z, Rihanna, Green Day and the cast of the musical Hair as Carson Daly and Natalie Morales countdown to 2010 in New York’s Times Square

MTV News Presents: Top 9 of ‘09 (MTV)
Snooki and The Situation: count down the year’s biggest stories, from Michael Jackson to Eminem, with hosts Adrienne Bailon and the cast of the Jersey Shore

New Year’s Eve Live With Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin (CNN)
CNN in Times Square: hosted by serious anchorman Anderson Cooper and the inappropriate-yet-hilarious Kathy Griffin. Joining them this year will be Lance Bass, who will report from Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. What will they think of next?

So there you have it.
Another thing... If you watched the OC- which I didn't- Remember how Summer and Seth said that the way you spend your new year's eve will determine how you spend the rest of your year? Chill, friends. You can't put so much pressure on one night. Just enjoy yourself and drink plenty of water and take a tylenol before you to go to sleep.
