Oprah is searching for someone who deserves to have a talk show, and this boy is making headway. His name is Zach Anner, and he has cerebral palsy ("the sexiest of the palsies"), and he pitches a travel show “designed to inspire people who never thought they could travel”. It's sweet and inspiring and he's very charming and funny. Take a look:
